Ingredients:
Roast: Water, Wheat Protein, Pea Protein, Onion (6.2%), Garlic, Herbs(sage1.1%), Sunflower Oil, Vegetable Extract (Soy), Nutritional Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Concentrated Tomato, White Vinegar, Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum.
Stuffing: Water, Onion, Celery, Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, wheat bran, yeast), Garlic, herbs, Salt, Natural Vegetable Flavour, Vegan butter (vegetable oils, emulsifiers (471, sunflower lecithin), vitamins A, D, E, natural colour (beta carotene)).
Contains Wheat, Gluten and Soy.
Feeds 3–5 people.
Keep frozen. Store at or below -18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Heating Guide
Thawing
- Keep roast in original packaging.
- Defrost in the fridge for 18–24 hours or overnight, until fully thawed in the centre.
- Once thawed, store in the fridge and use within 3 days.
- Do not refreeze once thawed.
Oven (best results, for thawed roast)
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan bake).
- Remove packaging and place roast in an oven-safe dish.
- Lightly brush with olive oil or a neutral vegetable oil for colour and moisture.
- Cover tightly with foil or lid.
- Heat for 30–45 minutes, until hot in the centre (70°C).
- Slice and serve.
Steaming (from frozen)
- Remove packaging and wrap roast in foil or baking paper tightly.
- Steam over simmering water for about 40 minutes, or until hot in the centre (70°C).
Stovetop (for slices only, thawed)
- Slice roast into 2–3 cm thick pieces.
- Lightly brown in a sauté pan with oil.
